We provide a mobile service as well as clinic appointments and give a discount for multiple bookings and company no smoking days

Quit smoking is just £195,(approximately equivalent to what an average 20 a day smoker spends a month). There are discounts available for 2 or more people booking together (i.e. husband and wife) and further discounts available for corporate bookings – see below for discount scheme for companies

Weight Loss/Weight Management
I utilise two methods to help people lose weight and maintain their ideal weight - both programs have proven to be 100% successful, as you can see by the testimonials:
1) This weight loss programme is 3 sessions in total and incorporates hypnotherapy, EFT and Bioresonance. Everyone that has completed the programme of 3 sessions has been 100% successful in losing weight and continuing to maintain their weight loss. I believe this programme of hypnotherapy combined with the therapy treatments of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Bioresonance has proven to be the very best (and easiest) way for you to lose weight and maintain that weight loss.
The first session is normally 1.5 to 2 hours in duration and the subsequent sessions between an hour to an hour and a half, but they can be tailored to one hour if that's what you wanted. My fees are £40 per hour. You would take away a separate weight loss hypnotherapy CD after each session.
The treatments and therapies work to give you back control of your eating behaviour/habits and so your old behaviour would become a thing of the past!

2) If you do find the 3 treatment programme above too expensive then the alternative would be for us to work on just specific areas of your eating behaviour in one session with EFT and hypnotherapy. This session would be at least 2 hours in duration. So you would need to allow £80 for this session. You would also take away with you my weight loss hypnotherapy CD.
The 3 session weight loss program works for everyone that has completed the program, however, the one session method is very effective too.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
The fees for clinic appointments are £40 per hour. The first therapy session is normally 1.5 to 2 hours in duration with subsequent sessions tailored to the presenting needs of the individual, see www.upperstorey.co.uk for more detail.
Past Life Regression
The Past Life Regression session normally takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, and can include a recording of the session which you can take away with you.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Therapy

I went to see kevin with a severe needle phobia i had developed as a young child, after one session with kevin the phobia was gone, with the use of EFT and hypnotherapy, things have changed for me dramatically, but most importantly, kevin is warm, friendly, and creates a relaxed and positive atmosphere, where you feel you can let go and tackle any problem, kevin also gives material on self help at home, which is an excellent after care service not offered by many others, i would recommend kevin to anyone.

sorry i have not emailed sooner i wanted to see what would happen first. I am so so so happy to say that i have lost 3 pounds since i saw you 5 days ago !!!! I can not believe it!! I haven't wanted to pick or snack between meals and I FEEL WHEN I'M HUNGRY AND KNOW WHEN TO STOP!! It was strange at first but i'm use to it now. My eating has slowed down and you were right EFT is the best thing ever !!! Plus instead of picking and snacking i seem to be drinking water instead so my brain now knows what my body needs and isn't getting food and drink confused!!!
