sorry i have not emailed sooner i wanted to see what would happen first. I am so so so happy to say that i have lost 3 pounds since i saw you 5 days ago !!!! I can not believe it!! I haven't wanted to pick or snack between meals and I FEEL WHEN I'M HUNGRY AND KNOW WHEN TO STOP!! It was strange at first but i'm use to it now.
